Hot - Sweet - Zesty
Cae-susy Caesar
As you know to me, "dressing" is just a "sauce". And given that and the fact I was on a diet and stayed with simple vegetable Caesar Salads I found myself buying tons of Caesar Salad dressing. Well, I had enough and came up with my own. For future reference I may modify this recipe to be less "sweet" in the future and for my friends who get my sauces, some of them are allergic or can't stand anchovies which will be optional in the future.
Oh, for the record this is a "vinaigrette" based sauce, not a creamy sauce. I may do one of those in the future as well.
